The process of psychotherapy allows us to increase our self-awareness, develop greater understanding of our own lived experiences and move beyond our previous limitations. It is a journey towards increased wholeness, wellness and balance. As we are truly witnessed in the presence of another, we come to know ourselves more intimately and by looking within we ultimately begin to transform our relationship with those around us and our own lives.
